Clive Punter Named Chief Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor International

Tom Goddard to Step Down from Post on March 31

NEW YORK, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Clive Punter has been named Chief Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor International, it was announced today by Leslie Moonves, President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS.A)(NYSE:and)(NYSE:CBS). Punter, who has been with the company for 12 years, had most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, Asia, for the division.

The Company also announced today that Tom Goddard, the current Chief Executive Officer of CBS Outdoor International, will step down at the end of March to pursue other business and personal interests unconnected to the outdoor industry.

Punter was named Chief Operating Officer, Asia, for CBS Outdoor International in 2006. Prior to that, he held multiple positions within the Company including being named European Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2004 alongside Guillaume Prot. He held the role of Director of International Sales where he worked closely with European sales directors to export and import best sales practice across European markets. Before that, he served as UK joint Managing Director, along with Andrew Oldham, for three years. In 1998 he was named Group Sales Director where he was responsible for driving revenue within the UK National and Regional teams for high-profile franchises such as the London Underground, National Rail and Docklands Light Railway. Under his leadership, the company won many accolades including Media Brand of the Year and Media Sales Team of the Year. Punter started his career in the media industry at Associated Newspapers in 1986.
