Global Music International Reinforces Management Team

BETHEL, Conn., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Music International (BULLETIN BOARD: GMUS) , a leading content aggregator delivering music videos and music tones to the telecom industry, announced today it has strengthened its core management team by reorganizing and adding senior executive positions to better align with the Company's strategic global business initiatives.

Effective immediately, James Fallacaro co-founder of Global Music International assumes the position of Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Fallacaro has been involved as a business and creative advisor since the Company's inception in 2004, and has been instrumental in sculpting the organization's corporate vision - establishing Global Music International, as the leader in delivering mobile music video and content.

"The mobile market is at a critical inflection point, whereby consumer demand for multimedia content - and especially mobile music videos and audio content - has gained substantial interest," said James Fallacaro. Global Music International's management changes come at a time of rapid corporate growth, as universally there has been a tremendous shift in telecommunication and wireless service providers' desire to deliver a richer mobile experience to its customers, through enhanced mobile content. As a result, Global Music International announced the following new management titles:

- Christopher Mauritz, executive vice president, officer and director of
Global Music International. Mr. Mauritz will focus on the overall
operations of the Company and will place additional emphasis on
expanding Global Music International's worldwide presence;

- Ji Shen, vice president, officer and director of Global Music
International. After nearly two-years as a global consultant focused on
the Chinese market for Global Music International, the Company has
brought Mr. Shen on as an Officer and Director. In this capacity, Mr.
Shen is responsible for developing the Company's reach into the Asia
Pacific region, specifically China. He manages the Company's China
facilities and works closely with the region's leading
telecommunications and government agencies to build positive global
relationships;

- Corinne Fallacaro, treasurer, secretary, officer and director of Global
Music International. A co-founder, Ms. Fallacaro will ensure corporate
governance is maintained internationally, and will assist in the day-to-
day corporate operations.
