Imperia Entertainment Issues Letter to Shareholders

Imperia Entertainment Issues Letter to Shareholders

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) issued the following letter to shareholders today from its president, Kenneth Eade.

Dear Shareholders,

We have received numerous requests from our website, www.imperiaentertainment.com , inquiring about the status of our film projects in development. This letter is to address those questions, as well as our goals for 2007. "Say it in Russian" has been completed as to picture and we are now finishing the score and the sound track, as well as digital color adjustments, optical effects and titles. These are being done by several professional firms and we expect what is called a "film out" to occur by the end of February. We will world premiere the film at Cannes this May and have private screenings in New York and Los Angeles. From these efforts we expect to achieve a distribution deal. Current sales estimates from sales professionals soliciting our business exceed $10 million.

We are currently in pre production on "Never Submit," in the process of casting. We will update shareholders in subsequent reports on the stars of MMA and film we cast when the deals have been made and finalized. We intend to commence principal photography on "Never Submit" by the first week of April for approximately one month of shooting, followed by approximately seven months of post production, putting us at an estimated target date for marketing of December of this year, which means the first major film market we would be able to screen for buyers would be Berlin in February 2008.

We will focus also on obtaining the year end accounting and audit for our subsidiary, Muller Media, Inc., in order to register stock dividends declared for our shareholders last year. We will be seeking a full time accountant to act as Chief Financial Officer by the end of March, who will prepare the company for an audit to allow us to pursue options for a better market for our common stock. Our DVD and television distributor started marketing of our Autograph television series, "Autograph"(R), at NATPE this month, and they are confident of a placement of the series this year. It currently runs on satellite television.

We expect the financing we recently announced to be sufficient to help us accomplish these goals for 2007 and will keep you regularly advised of our progress.

Sincerely yours,

Kenneth Eade
Chairman
