Media General to Webcast Credit Suisse Media and Telecom Week Presentation

RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Media General, Inc. (NYSE:MEG) will provide a live Webcast of its presentation at the Annual Credit Suisse Media and Telecom Week Conference on Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. ET. Marshall N. Morton, president and chief executive officer, O. Reid Ashe, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and John A. Schauss, vice president-finance and chief financial officer, will provide an update on the company's performance, business strategy and outlook. Media General's presentation will take place at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel in New York City.
