RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Circuit City is proud to announce the sale of an exclusive two-disc CD/DVD set from three-time Grammy Award-winning artist Mary J. Blige benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). The set, entitled "Mary J. Blige & Friends," contains new material from Blige, who has sold more than 25 million hip-hop, American R&B and soul albums worldwide since her first release in 1992.

The two-disc set from Geffen Records will include a DVD of Blige's concert performances, plus a CD of duets with leading recording stars, including Sting, Robin Thicke, Patti LaBelle, Jamie Foxx, LL CoolJ, Dave Young, Nas, Santana and Elton John.

The set is now available for purchase at Circuit City stores nationwide and at circuitcity.com. Proceeds from the sale through February 2007 will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

"The generosity of Mary J. Blige and Circuit City is invaluable to us, especially during this time of the year, when so many charities need increased awareness and support," said BGCA president Roxanne Spillett. "It's also equally important for the young people we serve to see how passionate both Mary J. Blige and Circuit City are in helping provide hope and opportunity to kids who need the most, but have the least."

"We are honored to be the exclusive destination for the release of this very special two-disc set," said Leigh Ann Moore, merchandise manager of entertainment at Circuit City. "Mary J. Blige is an inspiration not only for young people, but for everyone who wants to make a better world for our children. We are doubly thrilled to support this release because of our longstanding relationship with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. We appreciate Mary's participation and generosity in providing her immense talent to this important project." Circuit City is the national sponsor of ImageMakers, a photography education and contest program developed by Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
