VIVAX Announces Agreements Between Certain Shareholders of VIVAX and Net Servicos De Comunicacao S.A. and Conference Call Invitation

SAO PAULO, Brazil, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- VIVAX S.A. (Bovespa: VVAX11), the second largest cable TV operator in Brazil in number of subscribers and one of the leading broadband Internet service providers in Brazil, today announced the agreements between certain shareholders of VIVAX and Net Servicos de Comunicacao S.A.
