Anissa and her husband, Jesus, have two other children Pedro, and Genay (JUH-nay). The Medrano quadruplets were conceived naturally, without fertility drugs or treatment. The odds of having natural or spontaneous quadruplets are estimated to be one in five hundred and twelve thousand.
