LOS ANGELES, Oct. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Napster, Inc. (NASDAQ:NAPS) today announced that it will report financial results for its second quarter on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 after the close of market.

The company will host a conference call for analysts and investors at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET). Participating on the call will be CEO Chris Gorog and CFO Nand Gangwani.
