***FINAL CREDENTIAL NOTICE*** Michigan Gubernatorial Debate

WHAT: Live, one-hour, Michigan Gubernatorial Debate featuring candidates Governor Jennifer Granholm and challenger Dick DeVos, as they square off in the final televised debate prior to the November 7th election. The debate will be broadcast live on WXYZ-TV.

WHEN: Monday, October 16
8:00 p.m. (Press check-in 7 p.m.)

WHERE: WXYZ-TV/Channel 7, 20777 W. 10 Mile Road, West of Evergreen Road,
Southfield

WHO: The debate will be moderated by Channel 7 Editorial and Public Affairs Director Chuck Stokes. Channel 7 Action News anchors Diana Lewis and Stephen Clark will be panelists. A studio audience of "undecided voters" will also pose questions.

Other: Media interested in covering the debate must pre-register by calling Marla Drutz (248) 827-9300 or Christina Hardy (248) 827-9302 by 5 p.m. Thursday, October 12. Limited non-studio seating is available.

For TV and Radio stations wishing to record portions of the debate for news coverage, WXYZ-TV will provide limited accessibility for recording purposes. The following rules will apply:

1. WXYZ-TV has granted exclusive, simultaneous television broadcast rights to WZZM, WJRT, WLNS and WWTV/WWUP.

2. All other broadcast and cable networks may broadcast excerpts of the Program, however the WXYZ-TV logo MUST be displayed at all times when excerpts are broadcast.

3. No entity may use portions of the program on the Internet without the prior written permission of WXYZ-TV.
