American Latino TV & LatiNation Debut New Season Oct. 7th & 8th
American Latino and LatiNation Debut New Season in NYC on WWOR-My 9 This Sunday at 4PM
NEW YORK, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- AIM Tell-A-Vision Group announced today that American Latino TV, the original "in culture" English-language show for and by U.S. Latinos that "celebrates American Latino Pride" and its companion program LatiNation "representing a new generation" will be premiering their new seasons this weekend in over 100 markets across the country -- an all-time high for the company which is celebrating its fifth season in broadcast syndication.
This weekend, American Latino TV's premiere episode includes a profile of ESPN's Reality TV series "The Contender," which features Latino boxers fighting their way to stardom; a behind-the-scenes look at the film "Push," starring Oscar Nominee Chaz Palminteri; and an exclusive interview with "The King of Reggaeton" Don Omar.
Also this weekend, LatiNation's season opener will feature the high-flying performers of Circus Vargas, a Latino-themed circus; the Windy City Rollers, an all-female, roller derby league; artist Sole Junkie's custom-designed sneakers, the New York Latino International Film Festival and the Latin Alternative Music Conference.
The Big Apple will get a special treat as LatiNation host Desi Sanchez and the American Latino TV Volkswagen Touareg will appear in the Hispanic Day Parade on Sunday, October 8th. Parade watchers will be treated to American Latino Pride buttons, T-shirts and more.
Immediately after the parade, viewers can watch the premiere of the new season of American Latino TV and LatiNation on WWOR-My 9, Sunday beginning at 4PM.
To celebrate their historic Fifth Season, AIM Tell-A-Vision Group has planned a year-round celebration all over the country, which includes promotional tours, contests, and special episodes filmed in key markets. Also in recognition of the milestone, American Latino will feature special "Flashback" segments featuring Eva Longoria, George Lopez, Celia Cruz and other Latino luminaries who have appeared during the show's five-year history. Throughout the season, American Latino TV will feature promos of celebrities, professional athletes and public figures wishing the show "Feliz Cumpleanos (Happy Birthday!).
AIM TV Group will also unveil a completely re-designed website featuring behind-the-scenes content and the American Latino Pride Store where fans can purchase customized clothing, buttons, stickers and more, and display their American Latino Pride.
