Alison Clinton Passes Lie Detector Test Given by Retired FBI Agent, National Polygraph Expert

And Still, Country Music Star Sara Evans Refuses to Apologize for False, Repulsive Claims Made in Her Divorce Proceedings

Will Sara Evans Now Take Lie Detector Test?

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Earlier this week a retired FBI agent specializing in polygraphs gave Alison Clinton a lie-detector test, testing her denial of claims that she had an affair with country music star Sara Evans' estranged husband, Craig Schelske.

On Friday the results were released by a national entertainment show. Clinton passed -- with flying colors.

It now begs the question: When will Sara Evans undergo a similar, independent lie detector test?

Alison Clinton, Evans' personal assistant, co-president of her fan club and aspiring vocalist has demanded a public apology from the country music star since the allegations were made by Evans last week.

Many people across the country are now calling Evans' allegations toward Clinton repulsive. Clinton is recovering from an eating disorder, and was married to her long-time boyfriend Chris on July 1st.

Kendall Sholl, a former FBI agent with a master's degree in polygraph, administered this week's lie-detector test, asking direct and candid questions about Clinton's alleged relationship with Craig Schelske.

"I will continue to fight to clear my name and protect my family, which has been hurt by these accusations. This is just not right," Clinton said.

Clinton was blindsided last week when she was named in the divorce documents as having been one of 11 alleged reasons for the impending divorce of Evans and Schelske.

Clinton has categorically denied the allegations which have generated worldwide media interest. Clinton has hired Ronnie Berke, Past President of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, to obtain a retraction and public apology.

Evans was the matron of honor at Clinton's wedding to Chris Lee this past July and Evans' children were the flower girls and ring bearer. Mr. Schelske was a groomsman.

For the past two years, Clinton has been working to recover from an eating disorder and hopes to continue her work educating others about the dangers and challenges associated with anorexia.
