Reality Racing, Inc. Gets New Ticker Symbol (RRGI)

Reality Racing, Inc. Gets New Ticker Symbol (RRGI)

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Reality Racing, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: RRGI), formerly listed on the OTC Pink Sheets market as RRCG, has changed its ticker symbol to RRGI on the heels of its successful 4:1 stock split.

Reality Racing's President, Lee F. Schaefer, stated, "This past week has been extremely exciting for us at Reality Racing (RRGI). Between the thousands of applications we've received from contestant hopefuls, the offering of our Platinum sponsorship package, the successful execution of our 4:1 forward split, and now the transition into a new ticker symbol (RRGI), we couldn't be more optimistic about the future success of our show.

"The most reassuring aspect of this whole process has been the fact that we have reached all of our goals according to schedule. In August, we were thrilled to announce that Cinamour Entertainment would be partnering up with us as the producer of our show; their extensive past experience producing successful reality TV shows should be an excellent fit for Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge. We were also thrilled to reach a merchandising agreement with Arrasmith Promotions, LLC, giving us the ability to generate revenue by selling numerous Reality Racing branded products.

"It was after our shareholders' meeting in early September that things really started to intensify. We had a chance to interact on a more personal level with our shareholders and you could feel the excitement course throughout the room. We were able to discuss details of our 4:1 forward split, and the financial strength of the company, all of which gave shareholders a positive understanding of our momentum and our growth model as we move forward to achieve vast success in the reality television marketplace.

"When we started working on this concept, we knew that there were roughly 75 million racing enthusiasts, in addition to tens of millions of people who regularly tune in to reality television programs. By combining these two overwhelmingly popular concepts into one unique TV phenomenon, we are anticipating massive success for Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge, and fully expect our rapid progress to drastically increase shareholder value."

Nextel Cup(R) Series and NASCAR(R) legends Bobby and Donnie Allison, Cale Yarborough, Rusty Wallace and Junior Johnson are just a few of the confirmed racing superstars who have joined the Reality Racing team and will act as judges and mentors for the contestants. The winner of Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge will be given the opportunity to drive professionally in a NASCAR-sanctioned race, receive international exposure as a future racing superstar, and earn both a cash award and gold championship ring.
