DH Capital Advises En-Touch Systems, Inc. on Agreement to Sell a Substantial Majority Interest to Boston Ventures

NEW YORK and BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- DH Capital, LLC, a New York City based investment banking firm, announced today that it represented En-Touch Systems, Inc. ("En-Touch" or the "Company") and its shareholders in their negotiations to sell a substantial majority interest in the Company to Boston Ventures.

En-Touch is a quadruple-play communications company serving selected communities in the greater Houston market with a combination of Internet, cable TV, telephone and alarm services. The Company has been extremely successful in its target markets and the additional capital to be provided by Boston Ventures will allow En-Touch to expand into new geographies.
