CINCINNATI, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of The E. W. Scripps Company has declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents ($0.12) per share payable Sept. 8 to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 25.
