Florida Development Firm Has Reality TV Connection

The Condo Group, Inc. to Provide Las Vegas 'Home' for Rob and Amber

MIAMI, Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Fans of reality TV's favorite couple, Rob and Amber, can rejoice. The competitive couple, married this past year on CBS after surviving "Survivor" and winning "The Amazing Race," are now moving on to Las Vegas where Rob is going to attempt to become a professional poker player.

While they will be living (on screen) in Las Vegas, their living arrangements will have a strong Florida flair. That's because the newly wed Marianos' elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium apartment at The Residences at Canyon Lake in Las Vegas is a development of Miami-based The Condo Group, Inc. Arrangements for Rob and Amber to "live" at The Residences during the three months of filming were made through the show's production company, Ellman Entertainment. The opening segment, which is scheduled to air in January 2007, will find the couple moving in to their posh new digs, according to Fox Reality, the cable network that will air the reality docudrama. The channel has ordered up 10 half hour segments, which will follow the married reality TV stars as Rob attempts to break into professional gambling while Amber does her best to be supportive in the risky venture.

According to a spokesperson for The Condo Group, Inc., the unit that will serve as Rob and Amber's Las Vegas home contains 1210 total square feet, including a spacious terrace, and is currently priced at $239,900. The Residences at Canyon Gate is made up of 30 two-story, garden style buildings with a total of 504 condominium apartments. It is close to completely sold out with less than 40 units still available.
