Winners List for 2006 China Digital TV Annual Gala Unveiled

BEIJING, June 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- The 2006 China Digital TV Annual Gala was held recently in Beijing and relevant awards were also published at the same time.

The gala was co-hosted by CVIA, CDTF, the Joint National Digital TV Test Lab under the CVIA Information Center and CDTV, No. 3 and No. 4 Research Institute under the Ministry of Information Industry of China.

This is the first election since the announcement of the national hi-definition standard. The winner list is as follows:

''CRT Annual Award'': Konka

''Annual Award for Outstanding Contribution to China Digital TV'': SVA, Xoceco

''Annual Innovation Award for China Digital TV'': Malata, Amoi.
''Annual Success Award for China Digital TV'': TCL, Hisense.
