Philip Plaisance Appointed Chief Executive of Index Multimedia

PARIS, June 13/PRNewswire/ -- The Board Meeting of June 7th 2006 relieved Pierre Paperon of
his duties as the Company's Chief Executive.

To replace him, the Board appointed Philip Plaisance as Chief
Executive of Index Multimedia.

As Chairman of Wonderphone TV for several years, Philip
Plaisance had run his own group of TV networks and audiovisual production
companies in Europe, Asia and the Middle East and 18 TV shopping channels in
18 countries. His group, which employed 1500 people and generated sales of
100 million dollars a year, was sold in 1996.

They included:

- Sygma, the world's leading press agency in the "people"
sector, sold to Corbis (Bill Gates);

- Plaisance Films, a leader in entertainment and TV reality
shows, sold to Pathé Télévision;

- Plaisance Télé-Achat, Europe's premier bouquet of shopping
channels (sold to different companies in different countries: France Telecom,
Alcatel, SSR, etc).

Since selling his group, Philip Plaisance has invested in
several companies.

Before his appointment as Chief Executive of Index Multimedia,
Philip Plaisance was at the head of Wonderphone TV, Europe's leading supplier
of video content for mobile phones, which he continues to run.

The Board also relieved Marie-Line Malaterre of her duties as
Chief Operating Officer, temporarily suspended since the last Board Meeting
of April 25th 2006.
