Azteca America to Air Complete Mexican Presidential Debate on Tuesday, June 6

LOS ANGELES, June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Azteca America, the fastest-growing Hispanic television network in the United States, announced that on June 6, it will transmit the complete Mexican presidential debate at 11 p.m./10 p.m. CST.

This will be the first time that all five candidates for the Mexican presidency will be present for debate, most notably Alianza Por el Bien de Todos (PRD/PT/Convergencia) candidate Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who was absent from a prior April debate. Other candidates include Felipe Calderon, Partido Accion Nacional (PAN); Roberto Madrazo, Alianza por Mexico (PRI-PVEM); Roberto Campa (PNA) and Patricia Mercado (PASC).

The special two-hour transmission will feature the complete footage of this landmark event, as well as expert political analysis and commentary in the strong tradition of Noticiero Azteca America.
