National 9 and First Choice Inn Select Oxford Media's Video-on-Demand Services
IRVINE, Calif., May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Media, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: OXMI) , a secure digital communication and technology company, announced today it has signed agreements with three National 9 Inns (Price, Gilette and Casper, UT), and First Choice Inn Rawlins (Rawlins, UT), all through one of its Platinum Dealers, Internet Technologies (Tooele, UT), to provide digital Video-on-Demand and Pay-Per-View entertainment to 272 rooms. Averaging nearly 70 rooms per property, these agreements are indicative of Oxford Media's ability to bring cost-effective VOD and PPV services to this underserved target market. Prior to the introduction of Oxford Media's VOD technology, this segment of the underserved market was unable to afford or deliver VOD services. Installation is scheduled to be completed in May 2006.

As part of the Agreement, Oxford Media was granted "rooftop rights" to install a WiMAX antenna or similar transmitting/receiving device on the rooftop of the National 9 Inns and First Choice Inn Rawlins. The sole consideration to be paid by Oxford Media for these rooftop rights will be a percentage of future revenue derived from the antenna, which is to be negotiated.
