Hurray! Appoints Sean Wang as President and Chief Operating Officer

BEIJING, May 23 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:HRAY)(NASDAQ:-)(NASDAQ:News), a leader in wireless music distribution and other wireless value-added services, artist development and music production, and wireless value-added services management software in China, today announced that Mr. Sean (Shaojian) Wang has jointed Hurray! as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.

Prior to Hurray!, Mr. Sean Wang was COO and acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Opta Corporation, a public listed consumer electronics company in the US controlled by TCL. He also served as CFO at Pacificnet Inc., a leading technology investment and management company that invests in CRM solutions, mobile applications, and telecommunications in Asia. From 1987 to 2002, he served as a company manger at Ecolab, Inc. and as the managing director at Thian Bing Investments PTE, Ltd. Mr. Sean Wang attended Peking University and received a BS in Economics from Hamline University and an MBA from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
