The Aflac Duck Is at It Again

The Aflac Duck Is at It Again

The Aflac Duck Helps Stamp Out Couples' Growing Medical Bills

COLUMBUS, Ga., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Aflac Duck is trapped inside a mailbox while attempting to help a couple mail their household bills in Aflac's newest commercial.

"Mailbox" is the 26th installment in the popular commercial series featuring the spirited Aflac Duck. The new commercial debuts May 1 during prime time and evening news hour on ABC, CBS and NBC, and various cable networks. The Spanish version of the commercial will air on Telemundo, Telefutura and other Spanish-language networks.

"The Aflac Duck continues his mission of helping customers as he takes on the task of ensuring that bills are paid while a female policyholder recuperates from an illness. We believe this new ad demonstrates in a fun way how Aflac can help people maintain financial independence during an injury or illness," said Dan Amos, chairman and CEO of Aflac.

The new commercial ends with actor Earl Billings, the popular recurring character featured in many of the Aflac ads, giving his classic baffled look as he finds the duck inside the mailbox.
