BROOMFIELD, Colo., April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Vidiom Systems, Inc., a leading provider of technology solutions to the cable and consumer electronics industries, today announced that as part of the National Cable Telecommunications Associations' Partner Program, Vidiom will once again be presenting their OCAP(TM) Fundamentals seminar at The National Show on Sunday April 9, 2006 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in Room 203, Building B, Georgia World Congress Center.

OCAP Fundamentals introduces iTV marketing and cable professionals to the OCAP standard, architecture, advantages, and impact on current cable systems. Attendees will learn about OCAP middleware, applications, and host devices, as well as the network changes, and testing process required to deploy OCAP. A panel of Vidiom's OCAP experts will be on-hand to provide insight on the current status of OCAP development, applications, testing, and deployment and to answer your questions. Guest speaker Mr. Donald Dulchinos, Senior Vice President, Advanced Platforms & Services at CableLabs(R) will deliver the opening remarks.
