Anticipates Termination of Delisting Process

NEW YORK, April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Moscow CableCom Corp. (NASDAQ:MOCC) today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K and believes that it is now back in full compliance with the Nasdaq National Market's listing requirements as set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14). The Company fully expects that within the next few days it will receive written confirmation from Nasdaq that the Company's noncompliance has been cured.
