The Winner Channel Launches on Mobile Phones and the Internet

WILMINGTON, Delaware and LONDON, March 9/PRNewswire/ -- The Winner Channel - Two Way TV and the betting brand of
Zone4Play Inc. ("Zone4Play" or the "Company") (OTCBB: ZFPI) - is rolling out
on mobile phones and the internet following its success on digital cable TV.
This expansion means players will be able to use a single account across all
three platforms, whenever and wherever they want.

The Winner Channel offers a range of 'instant win' games
including roulette, slots, hi-lo, keno, dice and a unique fixed-odds poker
game called face up hold 'em. Players can win a jackpot of up to GBP500,000.
This is the highest headline win offered by a UK fixed-odds mobile service.
Mobile players will have the added incentive of GBP5 worth of free bets when
they join the Winner Channel. Regular players can sign up to a loyalty
programme where they accumulate points which can be exchanged for cash,
prizes and other rewards.
