Westwood One Elevates David Hillman to EVP, Business Affairs and General Counsel

NEW YORK, March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Westwood One (NYSE:WON) announced today that, effective immediately, David Hillman assumes the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Business Affairs and General Counsel. In this new position, Mr. Hillman will continue to serve as General Counsel, overseeing all aspects of Westwood One's legal affairs, and will now be responsible for management and oversight of the Company's business development, business affairs and strategic initiatives. Mr. Hillman will remain in New York and continue to report directly to Westwood One President & CEO Peter Kosann.

David Hillman has held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Westwood One since October 2004 and initially joined Westwood One as Vice President, Labor Relations and Associate General Counsel in 2000. Prior to Westwood One, Hillman worked at the New York law firms of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Epstein Becker & Green.
