This spring, the Catalina Island Chamber of Commerce is offering Spring Romance Getaways. Visitors can take advantage of great deals and special discounted packages from more than a dozen properties on Catalina Island, the only island resort in Southern California.

Spring Romance Getaway packages include round trip boat transportation, accommodations, and may include other bonus gifts such as free champagne and chocolates, spa treatments, sightseeing tours and complimentary breakfast (packages vary by hotel). Rates for rooms and packages start as low as $154 per person. Offers are valid from April 1 through June 15, 2006, with some exclusions (may vary by hotel).

Catalina Island, located just 22 miles off the coast of Los Angeles, is easy to get to and offers an array of exciting activities and special events throughout the spring, including:
