Guyana Wins Shooting War Against South Africa

- Lead Roles for "Rainbow Raani" Wide-Open Again

Nivelli International Inc. announced that Guyana, a lush country in South
America, has won the tug-of-war for the location where the major shooting for
Rainbow Raani will take place.

Earlier, the choice for the shooting location favoured South Africa
because one of the leading roles was to be played by a native of that
country, Tarina Patel. "However," said Mickey Nivelli, the writer and
director of Rainbow Raani, "the logistical hurdles of filming in South Africa
became more daunting when Tarina Patel could not fulfil certain promises to
facilitate the venture."

Mickey further stated: "I am based in New York and the hours of extra
air-travel and time-difference between the continents would have made our
scheduling very difficult. Above all, my roots, and that of the producer,
Pradeep Samptani, a Guyanese, are deeply embedded in the West Indies. So,
picking beautiful Guyana as the winner for the filming location was the wise
and patriotic thing to do."

Rainbow Raani is a sexy comedy with a message that shatters geographic
and gender barriers for true love. The story revolves around a musical band
called "The Rainbows": a quartet, like the Beatles, but composed of an
African, an Indian, a Caucasian and a Chinese player.

"With the 'shooting war' over, the talented men and women of West Indies
and Guyana, can now aspire for all lead roles in Rainbow Raani," stated
Mickey Nivelli (previously known as Harbance "Mickey" Kumar), whose movie
credits include The Right and The Wrong, The Caribbean Fox, Jealous, Girl

Recording of four songs for Rainbow Raani, featuring THE MIGHTY SPARROW
and his daughter, Karen Francisco was recently completed in the United
States. Rainbow Raani is slated to go into production within the next few
months, as soon as the talent search for the rest of its international
star-cast is complete.
