World's Largest Technology Distributor Will Create Opportunities for VWB's MediaREADY 4000, 5000 and Flyboy Broadband Media Devices Among Small- to Mid-Market Retailers

(BULLETIN BOARD: VDWB) , a leading provider of interactive, media-convergent home entertainment devices, announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, Inc. (NYSE:IM), the world's largest technology distributor and a leading technology sales, marketing and logistics company. Ingram Micro will offer the entire MediaREADY product line, targeting small- to mid-sized retailers.

The Video Without Boundaries (VWB) MediaREADY product line has quickly become one of the most visible product families in the burgeoning broadband media device marketplace. MediaREADY devices, which connect most modern home entertainment and Internet technologies for use throughout and even outside the home, are easy to connect, simple to integrate, affordable and practical - a unique combination in today's consumer electronics segment.

VWB's distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, facilitated by their aggregator AccessChannel Partners LLC, means that VWB will have access to Ingram Micro's vast network of reseller customers in the United States, including many of the largest players in the channel. VWB expects its products will be available for purchase in Ingram Micro's catalog in the next few weeks.

The MediaREADY product line is led by the MediaREADY 4000 and 5000 digital media centers. These set-top boxes are built using open technology standards; combine DVD, CD/MP3 and MPEG-1/2/4 playback and recording with Internet browsing; as well as provide e-mail, karaoke and media-jukebox functionality. In addition to their other benefits, MediaREADY products are built with onboard hard drives and open standard software architecture that support home networking and easy application upgrades as desired.

In addition to supporting MPEG-4 video playback and recording, the MediaREADY Flyboy(TM), which incorporates a 3.5 inch LCD screen, can hold up to 40 hours of video, 100,000 pictures, or up to 370 hours of music on its 20 gigabyte hard drive.
