Timothy Stevenson Named Vice President of Corporate Realty for Viacom and President Of Viacom Realty Corporation
NEW YORK, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Viacom Inc. (NYSE:VIA)(NYSE:and)(NYSE:VIA.B) announced today that Timothy Stevenson has been appointed Vice President, Corporate Realty, for Viacom and President of Viacom Realty Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Viacom. Mr. Stevenson reports to Jacques Tortoroli, Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Viacom.
In his new role at Viacom, Mr. Stevenson will oversee all real estate leasing and acquisition transactions worldwide throughout Viacom.

"He's played a central and significant role in Viacom's realty group for more than 15 years, and was instrumental in establishing MTV Networks' West Coast headquarters in Santa Monica, California, as well as the Nicktoons Animation Studio in Burbank. Mr. Stevenson joined Gulf+Western in January 1988 as Real Estate Manager, and was named Director of Real Estate for Paramount Communications Inc. in June 1992, after the merger. Mr. Stevenson was appointed Vice President of Viacom Realty Corporation in April 1996. Prior to joining the Company, he was Deputy Director of Real Estate at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority from June 1982 to December 1987.
Mr. Stevenson received a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo, and a master's degree in policy analysis from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
