'Dirty Little Secret' #7 on Top 40 Radio
NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Interscope platinum selling artists, The All-American Rejects kick off 2006 with The Black Clouds and Underdogs Tour. The tour with Fall Out Boy commences on March 15th in Albany, NY and runs through May 13th in Toronto, Canada. Hawthorne Heights, From First to Last, and Decaydance Records will fill out the support slots.
After their successful headlining Rise of The Fall Tour in 2005, The All-American Rejects have been keeping busy with national appearances. They performed at The 33rd American Music Awards in Los Angeles in November, and rang in the new year on MTV's New Year's Eve Special. Vocalist/bassist Tyson Ritter declares, "This is a tour to prove that rock is back on top. We would like to thank Fall Out Boy for inviting us to join forces. Hide your daughters!"
Move Along, the follow up album to The All-American Rejects self-titled platinum debut, entered the Billboard 200 chart at #6. Rolling Stone raves, "thankfully the Rejects haven't lost their knack for writing propulsive toe-tappers." The album features the single, "Dirty Little Secret," which topped iTunes as the #1 most downloaded song and is #7 on Top 40 radio. The video is in Top 10 Most Played rotation at MTV and VH1. The All-American Rejects are gearing up to release their second single, the title track "Move Along."
