Nation's Leading Film Critics Announce Their Picks on Annual Year-End Special Airing This Weekend (December 31-Jan 01, 2006)

CHICAGO, Dec. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Film critics Roger Ebert and Richard Roeper, hosts of television's most popular and respected movie review program, will announce their individual top ten lists of 2005's best films this weekend on "Ebert & Roeper: The Best of 2005." Their selections will be revealed and discussed on the anticipated annual special, which will air this weekend (Dec 31/Jan 01) in national syndication. The critics' individual top ten lists share five films in common, yet the critics had no agreement when ranking their selections. In no particular order, some of Roger Ebert's favorites include "Junebug," "King Kong" and "Munich," while some of Richard Roeper's favorites include "Crash," "The New World" and "Capote."
