Caracol Television Enters Coop Venture with an Eye on South Florida

MIAMI, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing its decades-long leadership in top-quality television production, Caracol Television announced today that they have entered into a cooperative venture with Dr. William De La Pena, owner of WGEN-TV 8/12 and other television broadcasting interests in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale market, and a group of US investors to own, operate and provide programming services to television broadcasting stations, starting in the South Florida area.
