MERIDEN, Conn., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Exciting, new information on weight loss is the focus of the latest PBS pledge program from Nicholas Perricone M.D. The program, The Perricone Weight-Loss Diet, premieres this month and features exciting new information about foods, beverages, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle choices with the proven ability to accelerate weight loss by increasing metabolism, metabolizing fat, building and maintaining muscle mass, and eliminating food cravings.
The Perricone Weight-Loss Diet program is the latest title for PBS from Dr. Perricone. Anti-Inflammatory Foods -- what foods accelerate weight gain; what foods cause our bodies to store fat rather than burn it; what foods and supplements increase insulin sensitivity and decrease cortisol levels; what foods and supplements enable us to lose fat while maintaining muscle; and how to maintain youthful, toned skin on the face and body during weight loss; and 3.
