STREETS OF LEGEND is an exhilarating, character-driven exploration of love and betrayal set against the illegal and multiethnic car-racing subculture of Southern California. Doubling as the main stunt driver, writer/director Joey Curtis realistically journeys into the underground world of modified car racing by filming actual street races at high speeds without special effects using cars tuned by highly regarded street racer Greg Leone, who also doubles as another main stunt driver. With highly-stylized photography and editing, Curtis' feature debut paints a classical and yet urgently contemporary urban myth of youth rivalry, love and war.

STREETS OF LEGEND, story by Albert Hernandez and Joey Curtis, was written and directed by Joey Curtis. The film was produced by Fredric King, co-produced by Kevin Segalla and Cami Winikoff and executive produced by Mark Amin. The score was produced by Michael Suby.
