LAS VEGAS, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GTX Global Corporation (GTXC), a leading provider of innovative IP multimedia technologies that enable profitable IP communications and Yadio Corporation, a leading entertainment and communications company today announced that GTX Global and Yadio have entered an agreement, dated as of November 25, 2005, providing that Yadio will bundle, push and promote GTX Global's VizTalk to Yadio's established and growing user base of over one million subscribers under an advertising revenue sharing model.
