WHAT: Chica (www.chicamusiconline.com) will put on two
performances at the Character Counts Character
Education Week Kickoff and two days later will put on
a free performance for the Arizona Cactus Pine Girl
Scout Council and the general public.
SA Entertainment's Chica is setting a new standard of
responsibility in entertainment as their shows offer
meaningful and impactful lyrics, which speak of
self-respect, relationships and taking a stand in
life. Chica's performances include Latin; Hip Hop;
Top 40; Rhythmic and Dance tracks.
WHO: Chica is a group of three Latinas -- Emille (Puerto
Rican), Monique (of Mexican descent) and Lynnette (of
Puerto Rican descent). This bilingual group's vocal
coach has worked with the Backstreet Boys, 'N Sync and
Britney Spears. In addition, Chica's choreographer
has worked with the likes of J-Lo, Tyra Banks, 'N
Sync and the Backstreet Boys.
VISUALS: Live performance: singing and choreography (no lip
synching here). Character Counts: A thousand leaders
from junior highs and high schools throughout Arizona.
Hance Park: Thousands of Girl Scouts and other fans.
