National TV Show Highlights Stuttering

Foundation Says Treatment Should Meet Individual Needs

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Stuttering Foundation of America has been flooded with calls following the recent airing of NBC's program Three Wishes with Amy Grant. The TV show aired a segment in which a young man who stutters was given a device to help him deal with this distressing and complex disorder.

Noting there are many options for those who stutter, the Stuttering Foundation urges the public to seek accurate information when looking for help.
