WHAT: Chica (www.chicamusiconline.com) serve as role models by
performing for more than 2,000 Girl Scouts each night.
The group offers impactful lyrics, which speak of
self-respect, relationships and taking a stand in life.
Chica's performance includes Latin; Hip Hop; Top 40;
Rhythmic and Dance tracks. These performances kickoff a
national tour that will reach 120,000 fans in the US and
Puerto Rico by the end of January.
WHO: Chica is a group of three Latinas -- Emille (Puerto
Rican), Monique (of Mexican descent) and Lynnette (of
Puerto Rican descent). This bilingual group's vocal
coach has worked with Backstreet Boys, 'N Sync and
Britney Spears. In addition, Chica's choreographer has
worked with the likes of J-Lo, 'N Sync and Backstreet
Boys.
