Lignin Industries Notes Successful July Revenues for New Subsidiary, Screen Giant Media Corp.

CALGARY, Alberta, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Following the Company's recently announced acquisition of multi-media group, Screen Giant Media Corp., Lignin Industries Ltd. (Pink Sheets: LGNI) noted greater than forecasted July revenues for the new subsidiary and; a growing demand for its electronic display systems, specifically designed for indoor and outdoor delivery of high-resolution video and graphic media.

Established in 2003, Screen Giant designs and implements state-of-the-art advertisements, information spots, promotions and other media content. High- resolution LED, LCD and Plasma panels deliver integrated, wireless solutions for big box retailers, shopping complexes, gasoline and service stations, grocery store chains, sports facilities and other major public venues. In May, the Company announced that it had acquired 90% ownership of Screen Giant.

During the month of July, Screen Giant's screens appeared at three major Alberta venues: the world renowned Calgary Stampede, attended by over one million spectators; the 69th Annual Ponoka Stampede, Alberta's largest six day Rodeo; and the Banff Film Festival.
