Gary Pfeiffer Joins Starz Entertainment Group as Vice President of Information Technology

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Starz Entertainment Group LLC (SEG) announced today that Gary Pfeiffer has joined the company as vice president, information technology (IT) and will report to Bill Myers, EVP, CFO. He will oversee all IT functions for SEG including business systems and applications, help desk initiatives, client support services, all infrastructure and server operations and telephony. Pfeiffer will work out of the Englewood, Colo. office.

Pfeiffer comes to SEG from Lucasfilm LTD., where he served as director of information technology, operations group. In his three and a half years there, Pfeiffer was responsible for the technological design and implementation of various projects and the day-to-day management of all IT operations for Lucasfilm LTD.

Pfeiffer and his wife Ruthann will be relocating from Castro Valley, Calif., near the San Francisco Bay area, to Denver.
