Entrepreneur Magazine Interviews First Presidential Candidate for 2016

SAN DIEGO, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- In its July 2005 issue, Entrepreneur Magazine interviewed a unique presidential candidate from San Diego, California. Chris Murch, founder of wsRadio.com, a seasoned entrepreneur plans to create a million entrepreneurs during the next 11 years in his quest for The White House. He is currently not aligning himself with any political party at this time. The formal announcement came on "The Entrepreneur Magazine Radio Show", broadcasting live during a special remote broadcast at eBays' annual convention, eBay Live! 2005, in San Jose, CA.

From a business perspective, being the first into a market can make a significant difference. According to Murch, "I wanted to be the first to declare my intentions to run for President of the United States in the year 2016." Asked why he is waiting so long to run, "That's easy, by then my children will be grown up and out of the house, family should always come first."

"The Entrepreneur For President's Platform"

Murch is running on one main principle, "What this country needs is more entrepreneurs." He plans to use the Internet to create a million full or part time entrepreneurs in the next eleven years. To reach this goal he is asking people to log onto his main web site:

www.WhiteHouse2016.com

The site has free resources to assist people in starting a full or part time business. In addition, he is also asking established entrepreneurs to volunteer their time as mentors and coaches.

As for donations to his campaign his reply was unique, "I don't want your money, I want you to invest in yourself." He also adds, "If you don't love what you do, if you hate going to work everyday, find your passion and learn how to make money with it."

Murch was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. His path as a successful entrepreneur began early. At the age of 12, with earnings from his profitable grass cutting business, Murch was able to loan several thousand dollars to his newly wed sister for a down payment on their first house. Earning an appointment to the United States Naval Academy, Murch graduated in 1983 and served 5 years as a Marine Corps Officer. Known as a serial entrepreneur, he specializes in start up businesses. His resume extends from a successful automotive franchise, chemical manufacturing of electroplating and automotive paint sealants to numerous successful web sites. In 2001, he founded wsRadio.com, an Internet talk radio network, producing shows for eBay, Entrepreneur Magazine, HayHouse Publications and other high profile companies, organizations and individuals.

While serving in the Marine Corps, among his other personal decorations, he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, which was personally presented to him by President Reagan. During the private ceremony, he told President Reagan of his plans to run for President one day and asked for his advice. Mr. Reagan's great pearl of wisdom was "Help others get what they want and you will get what you want." Murch believes by helping others become entrepreneurs he will ultimately meet his objective of becoming President of the United States.
