Going to the movies continues to be one of America's favorite pastimes. But occasionally, the experience can be less than enjoyable because of bad movie manners. A new survey reveals moviegoers pet peeves and how theatres are responding.

The survey conducted for Cingular Wireless finds cell phone-related behavior tops the list of biggest movietime pet peeves. In fact a third of those surveyed admitted their cell phones have rung during a movie. But only 3-percent identified popcorn munching or candy rustling as a problem.

So what behaviors bother moviegoers the most? It may depend on where you live. But among the top:

-People talking on cell phones
-Cell phones ringing
-Talking to neighbor
-Saving seats
