Universal Studios Home Entertainment Joins Martha's Vineyard in Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Steven Spielberg's 'Jaws,' June 3-5, 2005

Coincides With Release of 'Jaws 30th Anniversary Edition' DVD, June 14, 2005

WHO: Hosted by the Martha's Vineyard Chamber of Commerce, and
developed in response to requests from fans, members of the cast
and crew will join thousands of Jaws fans from around the world
to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Steven Spielberg's
groundbreaking masterpiece. Confirmed attendees include
bestselling novelist and screenwriter Peter Benchley,
screenwriter and actor Carl Gottlieb, actors Jeffrey Kramer and
Lee Fierro, production designer Joe Alves, mechanical effects
specialist Roy Arbogast, production executive Bill Gilmore and
location casting director Shari Rhodes. Additional special
guests to be announced.

WHAT: Jaws Fest '05 will run for three action-packed days and feature
over 25 events and many of the cast and filmmakers. June 3-5,
Martha's Vineyard will once again be transformed into "Amity
Island", with local businesses displaying original signage from
the 1974 filming. Events and photo opportunities include a
screening of the film under the stars introduced by cast
members, cast and crew autograph signings and workshops, a
bonfire, and a "shark in the pond" children's activity, among
other activities.

The Jaws 30th Anniversary Edition DVD will be released Tuesday,
June 14, 2005 by Universal Studios Home Entertainment.

WHERE: The towns of Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and
West Tisbury, Massachusetts on the island of Martha's Vineyard,
where Jaws was originally filmed.

WHEN: Friday, June 3 through Sunday, June 5, 2005
