What: Demonstration and leafleting prior to Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA)
annual meeting.

Where and When: Wachovia Center, 3601 Broad St., in Philadelphia,
beginning 8 a.m., on Wednesday, June 1. The Comcast annual meeting gets
underway at 9 a.m.

Who: Members and officers of the Communications Workers of America,
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and media reform
advocates.

Why: CWA members and supporters will rally outside the site of Comcast
Corp.'s annual meeting to alert shareholders about critical changes needed
at the company to restore good corporate governance, including a "one
share, one vote" proposal.
