Central European Media Announces Teleconference to Provide Additional Details on Full-Year 2005 Guidance

HAMILTON, Bermuda, May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. ("CME") (NASDAQ:CETV) today announced that it will host a teleconference to confirm and provide additional details on its full-year 2005 guidance which was issued on May 10, 2005. Formal remarks from management, which will include expanded comments on first quarter results, will be followed by a question and answer period.

During the teleconference, CME will provide full-year 2005 revenue and EBITDA guidance for the group of stations operating in Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine. The Company will also provide full-year 2005 revenue guidance for TV Nova in the Czech Republic. In addition, the Company will provide full-year 2005 revenue and EBITDA guidance for Nova TV in Croatia.
