FOX News Business Series to Provide Tax Tips for Wal-Mart TV Viewers and Website Maintenance Tips for SAM'S CLUB TV Viewers

SAN FRANCISCO, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- PRN Corporation announced today that Premier Retail Networks, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, is expanding its relationship with FOX News Channel, a 24-hour news network, to provide a monthly series of financial tips for the viewers of the Wal-Mart Television Network and SAM'S CLUB TV. The series of financial tips, which expands PRN's ongoing partnership with FOX News Channel for covering breaking news and special events, will be broadcast to more than 2,620 Wal-Mart stores and more than 550 SAM'S CLUB warehouses nationwide with a total of more than 100 million shoppers per week.

In addition, PRN announced today that FOX News business brief "Tips for tackling taxes," is airing on Wal-Mart TV through Tax Day on Friday April 15. "Creating and maintaining a website" is currently airing on SAM'S CLUB TV and will be followed by "Accounting Software and time saving tips for Small Businesses during tax season," which began airing on March 21 for the four weeks leading up to Tax Day on April 15.

The tips on Wal-Mart TV will focus on issues related to personal finance with seasonal financial tips supplemented by everyday relevant tips, such as "Financial Planning for retirement," "How to afford a house remodel," "Financial planning for elder care," "Kids & Allowances," "Financial tips for home buyers & home owners," and "Financial tips for renters."

The tips on SAM'S CLUB TV will focus on today's pressing issues for owners and operators of small businesses -- such as offices, child care, schools, restaurants, motels, vending companies, churches, contractors and beauty shops -- and will include topics, such as "Lowering expenses", "Setting up an Internet security or firewall," "Tips for how to attract and keep customers coming back to your establishment," "Creating a safe and friendly working environment," and "Maintaining Company Morale."
