Global TV, Inc. Will Begin Production by Mid March

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Triad, Inc. (Symbol: GTRD), traded on the Over The Counter Pink Sheets, announced today that Global TV, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, is launching its new television commercial production series. The series will be aired on one of the major local cable channels. Negotiations are in their final stages for the 24-hour Vehicle Network programming, and it is anticipated that programming will begin on or before April 1, 2005.

Global TV has been successfully consummating commercial contracts with local companies in the automotive industry in addition to producing the recently completed Industrial Commercial Production for Pit Bull Energy Drink. Pit Bull is making its mark in the fast growing premium "energy drink" beverage market segment.
