Ann Mather Joins Board of Directors of Wine Network Inc.

SAN FRANCISCO, March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Wine Network Inc. today announced that Ann Mather has been appointed to the company's board of directors. Her appointment is effective immediately. Mather's addition brings the board of directors to a total of three members. Mather currently serves on the board of directors of Shopping.com and Central European Media Enterprises Ltd.
