RepairOne Takes 'Test Drive' on Motor Racing Network

New Radio Show Launches on WNDB-AM 1150

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- RepairOne(R) has announced the launch of Test Drive(R), a new one-hour radio show on Daytona Beach's WNDB-AM 1150, an affiliate of the Motor Racing Network (MRN). Beginning Saturday, February 26 at 1 p.m., RepairOne(R) founding partner Todd Hayes will host the weekly magazine format show, along with RepairOne(R) executive team members Justin Tjarks and Steve Tacinelli.

According to Hayes, Test Drive(R) will bring to life the pages of the country's top automotive publications, as well as spotlight the national racing scene, from NASCAR to Indy racing. The first show will feature an interview with David Talley of International Speedway Corporation, who will discuss the 2005 Speedweeks and the new fan-friendly zone at Daytona International Speedway. Other program highlights will include a discussion of the 2005 Bike Week kickoff with Randy Epprin of Boss Hoss Motorcycles, and a review of the 2005 Porsche lineup with Bob Carlson of Porsche Motor Cars North America. Hayes' other guests will include DJ Thompson of Lo Jack Company; Warren Crawl of Dunlop Tires One Lap of America; and Jason Rudd, Craftsman Truck Series rookie and driver of the RepairOne/Domestic Auto Experts No. 31 Dodge. Future programs will feature interviews with racing celebrities, pit crews, car owners and some of the auto industry's most sought after CEOs and executives.

No stranger to radio, Hayes was the host of Auto Show Special in Houston, Texas, for which he received the coveted Wheel Award in 1995 from the Detroit Press Club Foundation honoring his journalistic excellence in broadcast media. Hayes is a former journalist for the Houston Chronicle, past President of the Texas Auto Writers Association, creator of Test Drive TV for United Airlines and co-founder of the North American Auto Writers newspaper syndication.
