JACKSONVILLE, FL, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- At least the home states for the Patriots and Eagles agree on one thing and heads it is. Both states picked heads over tails by 70%. Thirty-six other states also agreed, according to sportsbook.com. Four states are divided with 50% betting heads and 50% betting tails.
